- Your messages are private: Only you and the recipients (task collaborators) can see messages on shared tasks
- We do not monitor messages: We do not read your messages unless required for legal compliance or reported by users
- Reporting: Users can report inappropriate messages or behavior
- Content moderation: We may remove messages that violate our Terms of Service or contain illegal content
- Message retention: Messages are stored indefinitely unless you delete them or delete your account
6.4 Controls
- You can remove collaborators from your tasks at any time
- You can leave shared tasks and group sessions
- You can decline or cancel friend requests

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. We do not automatically delete accounts for inactivity.

These subscriptions are processed through the platform you use to download the app:
- iOS (iPhone/iPad): Processed through your Apple ID via the App Store. License Agreement: Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).
- Android: Processed through your Google account via Google Play Store and subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
16.2 Payment Information
